This pivot pin has a spring loaded push button. When pushed, the stainless steel keeper pins retract for easy pin removal. Once the pin is in place, simply push the button and slide the stud over the retracting balls and release. Put your sling swivel into the stud and you are ready to place your sling on the rifle. This eliminates any weight on the barrel of the weapon. When sling swivel is inserted in the stud, the stud is locked onto the pin. You must remove the sling swivel from the stud in order to remove the stud from the pin.

• Instructions:
• Remove existing pin being replaced. The detent, spring, and pin will no longer be needed. Install push button pin by depressing push button and pushing through receiver. Again, depress push button and place stud onto the opposite end. Release button. Button should return to the fully extended position. If this does not happen, twist stud or push button rapidly. Once stud is in place install sling swivel on the stud. With the sling swivel on the stud, the pin cannot be removed from the weapon. This sling swivel must be removed in order to remove both the stud and pin.
