Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.  Should your order need cancelling or edited once submitted, please give us a call or email [email protected]
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. If the tracking is showing that it was delivered, please contact the mail carrier FIRST to see if there are any problems or possible mistakes.  Check also with your neighbors in case one of them received it by mistake.  Most of the time the package is in your area and will show up in a day or two.  Once you have confirmed with them the misdelivery and allowed the day or so for it to resolve, give customer service a call or email us at [email protected]

An item is missing from my shipment.
  Contact customer service ASAP once you have received the package and noticed any discrepancies.

My product is missing parts.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Make sure that all parts were ordered.  Should you find that there is still an item missing, contact customer service.  Also, look at the invoice you received with the shipment.  There will be a couple of boxes under the total at the bottom of the order that say "Picked" and "Boxed."  Have the order number and these initials ready for the representative to help you most effectively.

When will my backorder arrive?
  We do not allow backorders. Inventory is 100% live on the website.  If you can add it to your cart, it is on hand and ready to ship.  If it is out of stock, an error message will appear when you try adding it to your cart letting you know they are not available at this time.
