However, due to the ATF Final Rule 2021R-08F that was put into the Federal Registry on 1/31/2023, this pistol has to be sold without a brace. This asinine rule will likely be reversed at some point, however, for the time being we have removed the braces from the firearm packaging. Upon request we can send the brace to your house, separate from the pistol shipping to your local FFL dealer. Please ensure to follow all laws.
