This product is for use with firearms that have a picatinny attachment. This product is NOT for use with firearms with buffer assemblies.

Allows for installation of Gear Head Works Tailhook pistol braces on firearms with 1913 picatinny rails, and incorporates side folding function.

  • For use with Gear Head Works Tailhook Pistol Brace
  • Heavy duty side folding mechanism constructed from 4140 steel
  • Full length locking lug for maximum strength.
  • Solid positive lock up in both positions.
  • Steel clamp with large surface engagement.
  • Can be configured to right or left folding.
  • Modular design can accommodate different stock attachments.
  • Features a Mil-Spec diameter aluminum stock tube that is hard coat anodized.
  • Stock tube features water proof storage compartment
  • Adds 7 inches to the length of the firearm in the open position.
  • Adds ¾ of an inch to the firearm in the folded position.
  • Complete assembly weight is 13oz.
  • Steel parts are mag phosphate finished
