If we offer a sale that would have discounted the product(s) you bought within (7) days prior to the sale starting, then please email us with your order number and request our 7-Day Low Price Guarantee. We will then issue you an electronic gift certificate code in the amount of the difference in the price you paid, versus the sale price. The difference in gross cost must be more than $3.00 to be eligible for this guarantee. You must contact us within (14) days of your order invoice in order to redeem. If you have any questions regarding the guarantee, feel free to contact us via phone or email. You must EMAIL the request, by replying to your order invoice so we can process the gift certificates properly.
